Lon Tosi had the pleasure of conducting the wedding ceremony for Tiffany and Joseph Witter last evening at the beautiful Heaven Events Center in Orlando. The scene was magical with the wonderful lighting and effects done by Bryan Taylor. The couple thanked their parents for all the love and respect that they have given them. The ceremony was made that much more beautiful when Lon read love letters that the bride and groom had written to one another. There were many teary eyes in the audience at that point. Good luck Tiffany and Joseph! May you have a wonderful marriage and long-lasting love.

Nicole and Paul Video

Graphic designer Nicole put all her creativity and heart into the look and feel of her and Paul’s wedding day! She chose the timeless, yet modern colors light purple, sage green, ivory, and gray to compliment her Velveteen Rabbit theme. The couple chose to write love letters, and, during the ceremony, placed them in a wine box to be opened at a later time. The newlyweds chose to do a ring-warming ceremony too! What’s that, you say?!? As a way for each guest to give a silent prayer/blessing for Nicole and Paul’s marriage, the rings were passed guest to guest before finally making their way to the bride and groom! Terribly sweet and a great alternative to the sand ceremony or unity candle! Nicole being very hands-on made just about everything – from the invitations and printed materials to the Captain America Boutonniere that Paul wore during the reception. What a fun day with so many clever ideas! Yay for the new husband and wife, XOXO!

The Loving Tree

Officiant Lon Tosi conducted a ceremony on April 6, that was quite unique and beautiful. The scene was at a private residence on the Wekiva River in Sanford. Eric and Lindsay Schmitt exchanged vows on the shore just above beautiful the river. Unique to this wedding was a Unity Tree ceremony, which involved a 6′ Maple tree. The couple used the tree and the nurturing that it would take over the years, to symbolize the care and nurturing that their marriage would need to be truly successful. They will be planting the tree at their home to remind them always of their vows to one another. It was a beautiful setting and a cool and sunny day for the wedding! They got off to a great start. Congratulations to Eric and Lindsay. Lon was so happy to work with Rachel Horan for the first time. Rachel did a great job in organizing the event, and got the ceremony off to a perfect and on-time start. She is the co-owner of Two Chicks and A Pot. Great job Rachel!

Welcome Aboard

When Jennifer and Jonathan planned their destination wedding to Walt Disney World, they decided not to tell her children. Instead they quietly packed luggage, put it in the car, and told the kids later that morning that they were heading out for some shopping at the mall. When the car passed the exit for the mall both kids knew something was up and it was when they pulled into the airport that Jennifer told Ethan and Gracie that they were headed to Walt Disney World.

The following morning they left their hotel and headed to Downtown Disney to Fulton’s Crab House Riverboat for an intimate wedding; just the four of them.
Rev.Glynn Ferguson of Sensational Ceremonies pulled together a fantastic team of vendors to make their dreams come true.
Fuchsia roses were crafted into a beautiful bouquet and boutonniere by Atmosphere’s Floral. Gorgeous images of the couple, their ceremony, and the family were captured by the very talented Thirteenth Moon Photography. The couple picked a Sensational Intimate from Sensational Ceremonies.

Something Old, Something New

When Elizabeth Baker and Michael Kent decided to tie the knot they decided that a mix of old and new was just what they wanted. Picking the historic Casa Feliz as their venue they set on a plan to bring their quirky yet fun mixture of vintage and new together to make a ceremony and reception that was perfect for the two of them.

Beth chose a classic white wedding cake with antique style embellishments on the side; while Mike chose a totally playful Lego block cake with Lego bride and groom atop. Both cakes were created by the very talented Cut the Cake of Orlando.
The bride walked down the aisle carrying a beautiful bouquet crafted by In Bloom of Orlando. The florist filled the bouquet with vintage brooches from the parents and grandparents of the bride and groom.
Mike and Beth’s custom ceremony, crafted by Rev.Glynn Ferguson of Sensational Ceremonies and was filled with traditional vows, the Blessing of the Hands, and a scripture reading from 1 Corinthians 13

Up, Up and Away!!

What an amazing morning wedding aboard Characters in Flight for Christopher and Renee Galvin! The ceremony was performed by Rev.Glynn Ferguson more than 350 feet in the air aboard the largest helium balloon on the planet. The couple exchanged vows and rings then soared almost 700 feet above Downtown Disney with their family and friends. The views were stunning and the morning glow gave an extraordinary backdrop for the photography of Rhodes Studios in the air and again on solid ground. Renee’s beautiful bouquet and Christopher’s boutonniere were prepared by Atmospheres Floral. All of this was coordinated by the staff of Sensational Ceremonies.
