Your wedding day should be a cherished occasion. I would be honored to help make it a day you and your spouse will treasure throughout your marriage. I am a licensed and ordained minister, and I have been helping couples for two decades to experience the beauty, joy, reverence, and laughter that comes with a wedding. I gladly serve greater Houston, her surrounding counties, and central Texas.

I am originally from Spring and attended The University of Texas at Austin (my sister and all my friends went to Texas A&M). After completing my degree, my life direction changed and I entered the ministry. I received a Masters Degree and PhD from Southwestern Seminary in Fort Worth. Since the mid-1990s, I have been serving in local churches throughout Texas along with a stop in Orlando, FL. Much of my ministry career was focused on single adults, many of whom got married; I understand the dynamics of the engagement period, premarital counseling, the transition to marriage, and creating a lasting memory on your wedding day.

Hi, I’m Brian! I’m a licensed officiant and ordained minister based in Houston, TX, and I’ve been officiating weddings since 2013. I currently serve as a pastor at Parkway Fellowship Church and have also ministered in churches across Georgia.

Weddings are one of my favorite things to be part of. I work closely with each couple to craft a ceremony that’s personal, heartfelt, and truly reflects your story. Whether you’re looking for something faith-based, simple and sweet, or completely custom—I’m here to help make it meaningful and memorable.

I offer a free consultation (in person or by phone) so we can get to know each other and make sure everything feels just right. On the big day, I show up early, help settle nerves, and deliver a ceremony that’s warm, engaging, and genuine.

My name is Rusty Pregeant and I am a licensed officiant in Houston and the surrounding area. I have spent 10 years working in ministry as a student pastor for churches and with a para-ministry called Young Life.

I’m passionate about creating a unique, personal, and meaningful ceremony. Before the Ceremony, we will meet for a free consultation in person or over the phone. This allows me to get to know you and your desires for your big day and to enjoy the planning process.

My goal is to officiate your ceremony in a warm, intelligent, and engaging way. I promise to you, that I will arrive early to help calm your nerves before the ceremony and ensure your big day is everything you prayed and wished for. Other couples have commented that I am professional, reliable, and enjoyable to work with.
