Absolute Magic!!! Alex and Will had the most magical wedding at the Ritz Carlton Grande Lakes in Orlando, FLorida. From concept to completion the very talented Lisa Lyons and her team made it all seem flawless–and it was. From the ceremony on the DiVinci lawn to the reception under a beautifully appointed clear tent by the club house, Lisa made everything for Alex and Will magical.
Nate Puhr and his team really pulled out all the stops for this beautiful wedding. Capturing every moment of the wedding day through photography and videography for Alex and Will is no small feat, but Nate did it with professionalism and style. Working with Nate is an absolute pleasure as he is never in the way, but seems to capture those tender moments flawlessly.
Flowers, flowers, and more flowers. Alex and will were surrounded by the most iconic floral designs. From large planted filled with all things white like roses and hydrangeas to a stunning arch that took your breath away. It was all done by the incredible team at Fairbanks Florist. Lana and Art really did work their floral magic for Alex and Will to have the wedding of their dreams..
For their wedding ceremony Alex and Will chose Rev. Glynn Ferguson, the owner of Sensational Ceremonies and an Official Walt Disney World wedding officiant. The couple met up with Rev. Glynn for a nice “get to know you” meeting to discuss their ceremony options and left feeling like family. There on the DiVinci lawn at the Ritz the couple took their vows, exchanged wedding rings and became husband and wife. But, it was so much more than that. Rev. Ferguson gave the two of them a homework assignment that was out of this world. He asked them to write and tell him why they love each other.
Alex wrote: If I were to tell you all of the things that I loved about Will, time would run out. My love for him is endless. He is my literal soulmate—the true love of my entire life.
I love his zest for life, no matter the circumstance. I love how even in his toughest battles, his smile never fades.
I love how he builds relationships with every person he meets, no matter the time or the place. I love how he only sees the best in people, even if someone tries to convince him otherwise. I love how he wakes up happy every day, regardless of what he has to face. I love how he reminds me he misses me, even if he has just left. I love how he brings me flowers, always just because. I love how he is the only person who can calm me on my most stressful days. I love how his heart only knows kindness. And, I love how he makes me a better person every day and doesn’t even know it.
I love how he will include an endless number of heart emojis in every text, just because he knows I love them. I love his quick wit, even when I am the one being put into my place. I love how he can be honest with me, without the fear of hurting my feelings. I love how he makes me laugh, even when he is laughing at me. I love how he makes our relationship fun and never takes life too seriously. I love his unwavering optimism for the future, no matter his past. Most importantly, I love that he is my best friend.
I truly wish I could put into words all the love I have for Will, but at least now, I will have a lifetime to show him.
Will wrote: Alex I have never met someone as loving and caring as you. You are the person I lean on when I am struggling with something and the person I want to see first to celebrate. You make me feel loved and supported always…I can always count on you to give me your honesty and compassion.
There were so many more magical moments and so many wonderful vendors that made Alex and Will’s wedding over-the-top beautiful.
