The Powel Crosley Estate
Kayla and Daniel chose the Powel Crosley Estate in Sarasota, FL as the venue for their wedding ceremony on a beautiful evening in early April. The Powel Crosley Estate resides impressively on 45 acres overlooking an expansive, unobstructed view of Sarasota Bay. Built in 1925 by famed inventor Powel Crosley, and originally named Sea Gate, the two and a half-story structure represents an example of Florida’s Mediterranean Revival Architecture. Kayla looked gorgeous in her wedding gown, as she was escorted down the path by her father, to the ceremony site under the pavilion in back of the Estate, where she joined Daniel at the head of the aisle. There, the couple shared their custom designed ceremony, which included a Thank You to their Parents and Grandparents, the poem The One read by one of Daniel’s friends, 1 Corinthians 13 read by Kayla’s cousin, The Blessing of the Hands and a Sand Ceremony. Then, as their friends and family looked on, and with the shimmering waters of Sarasota Bay as their backdrop, the couple shared their own personal written vows with each other, exchanged rings and were pronounced husband and wife by Rev Rick Lackore of Sensational Ceremonies. DJ Adam, with Grant Hemond and Associates, provided the audio and a custom playlist created by the bride and groom for the ceremony and Flawless Wedding Coordination was provided by Melanie and her staff with Chantilly Chic Celebrations. Special thanks to photographers Tammy and Cali, with True Love Photography, for providing this beautiful picture during their ceremony.
Congratulations to the new Mr. and Mrs. Daniel Tizzani!
