Beach Elopement

During the Covid 19 Crisis, Amber and Frank wanted to elope, but they were under a Stay at Home Order in their home state of Illinois.  So … they booked their stay at the Bali Hai Beachfront Resort on Holmes Beach and drove to Florida mid-May for their beach elopement. 

Holmes Beach is a small town on Anna Maria Island in the Gulf of Mexico just south of Tampa Bay.  It boasts miles of gorgeous white, sandy beaches, emerald Gulf waters, and abundant sunshine. 

The Bali Hai Beachfront Resort is situated on two acres of lushly manicured tropical grounds, with a sugary white sand beachfront on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico.  At Bali Hai, guests can stay in one of the 43 island rooms, and relax in the Island-style sanctuary by the pool, or on the beach. 

Amber looked amazing as she made her way across the sand to join Frank at the water’s edge for their beach elopement  The couple’s custom designed ceremony included words about Love, Friendship, Loyalty, Fidelity and Trust; and a scripture reading from I Corinthians.  Then, just minutes from sunset, and with a stunning view of the Gulf of Mexico as their backdrop, the couple shared their personally written wedding vows, exchanged rings and were pronounced husband and wife by Rev Rick Lackore of Sensational Ceremonies.
