Cathy and Bruce

Cathy and Bruce came from Massachusetts and chose to book their Elopement Package with the Don CeSar on St. Pete Beach on a beautiful morning in late Spring.       

The Don is a True Legend.  Dramatically perched atop wind-swept dunes with expansive views in every direction, The Don CeSar is the epitome of old-world glamour and sophistication. Since 1928, it has graciously welcomed the world’s elite, stars of the silver screen, renowned authors, U.S presidents and even a gangster or two, all seeking a private, sophisticated playground in the sun. Today guests can experience the legendary Pink Palace^® for themselves in all its iconic and romantic grandeur. 

Cathy looked beautiful as she was escorted across the sand by her best friend and Maid of Honor, to join Bruce at their ceremony site on the beach in front of the iconic swing behind the Don.  The couples’ custom designed ceremony included the Blessing of the Hands.  Then, in front of an intimate gathering of their family and friends, and with an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico as their backdrop, the couple shared their vows, exchanged rings and were pronounced husband and wife by Rev Rick Lackore of Sensational Ceremonies.
