Collin and Meghan
Collin and Meghan had such an amazingly fun wedding at Luxmore Grande Estate in Winter Springs. The couple met for a blind date to go play putt putt together and we started off as a friendship grew into romance and finally love for lifetime.
Victoria with Bella Sposa Events did an amazing job of coordinating all the wonderful vendors that worked on Collin and Meghan’s wedding. Not a detail was left unnoticed and they made sure that everything came off flawlessly.
Flowers by Lesley worked her floral magic once again to make sure that every aspect of the couples wedding day was luxurious, from hues of purple and lavender Lesley carried it through the ceremony, the reception, the dessert table, and even into the bride’s bouquet and the grooms boutonniere.
Love and Lustre Wedding Cinema worked hand-in-hand with Rudy & Marta Photography to capture all of the elements of the couple’s wedding day on video and pictures forCollin and Meghan to share for years to come.
Big City Catering, and the Florida Candy buffet did an amazing job of filling everyone’s tummy with scrumptious meals, and incredible desserts.
Stasia, with Our DJ Rocks was really on point for this wedding. She provided the mics and the music for the ceremony and kept the dance floor hopping till late into the night. Our Photo Booth Rocks also provided the Photo Booth for Collin and Meghan reception that evening.
Rev Glynn Ferguson, the owner of Sensational Ceremonies and an official Walt Disney World wedding officiant, worked with Collin and Megan to create a beautiful custom ceremony that was filled with a lot of laughter and a few tears. When Megan mentioned in her homework that she was extremely competitive and that she never let Colin win at mini golf, Rev Glynn knew exactly how to incorporate that into the ceremony.
Meghan wrote for her homework: If anyone has ever spent time with me, they know how competitive I am. There is no such thing as a “friendly game” of anything with me. So when Collin and I first started dating, he thought it would be a cute idea to go for a round of mini golf. I did my best to suppress my aggressive desire to defeat him, I wanted to spare him from that until a second or third date.
Looking back on that first mini golf date, I cannot remember who won. All I can remember is laughing so much my face hurt and wishing the night never had to end. I got home and realized the score card was still in my purse. I kept it because of what that night meant to me, not for score keeping purposes. In fact, I saved many score cards from our minigolf adventures. These score cards remind me of Collin’s smile, that look that makes me forget who was winning, and the incredible days we spent together laughing at terrible putts, and celebrating good ones.
Loving Collin has taught me how to lose, and still have the best time of my life. As long as I have him by my side, I will always feel like I won.
Collin wrote for his homework: I love Meghan for being my best friend and my partner. The honesty and mutual respect that we have for each other is something I thought I would never experience. Each day feels like a new adventure with the woman I trust and share every aspect of my life with. Meghan has shown me unconditional love and support through every event from moving to the other coast of Florida and eventually to Maryland.
Meghan’s free spirit, passion and contagious laugh stole my heart from the beginning. When I look into her eyes, it still feels like the world comes to a stop and my heart feels full and at home. From starting out as friends to getting married, there is no one else I would want to experience the rest of my life with. I didn’t just find my other half, I found my soulmate.
