Beautiful Isla

Kristalyn and Brad chose the beautiful Isla Del Sol Yacht and Country Club as the venue for their wedding ceremony on a beautiful evening in late March. 

The beautiful Isla Del Sol Yacht and Country Club is nestled between the southern tip of St. Petersburg and just north of Tierra Verde.  Also, just minutes away from St. Pete Beach, Isla hosts spectacular views of Boca Ciega Bay, and Brides and Grooms can host an outdoor ceremony utilizing the private beach and gazebo.  It is truly a hidden gem in the heart Tampa Bay!

Kristalyn looked gorgeous in her wedding gown as she was escorted down the aisle at the beautiful Isla Del Sol by her daughter, to join Brad in front of their wedding gazebo.  The couple’s custom designed ceremony included a Thank You to the Parents, The Lord’s Prayer, words about love, friendship, loyalty, fidelity and trust; the Blessing of the Hands, special readings – The Art of Marriage (read by a family friend) and The One (read by Kristalyn’s brother), Blended Family Vows and a Unity Glass Ceremony (both with Kristalyn’s daughter).  Then, as their friends and family looked on, and with a stunning view of Boca Ciega Bay as their backdrop, the couple shared their vows, exchanged rings and were pronounced husband and wife by Rev Rick Lackore of Sensational Ceremonies. 

DJ Eric, with Grant Hemond and Associates, provided the audio and ceremony music, Florals and Décor by Iza’s Flowers, and Event Coordination was provided by Melissa at the beautiful Isla Del Sol, and the rest of the staff at IDSY&CC.  Special thanks to Head over Heels Photo for providing this beautiful picture as Kristalyn’s daughter “gave her Mommy away” and for providing videography.
