Their Story

Susan and Zach came from Ohio and chose the beautiful Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa as the venue for their destination wedding ceremony on a late afternoon in early November.  Clearwater Beach was recently named the 2019 Best Beach in America again by TripAdvisor for the second year in a row!  The Hilton Clearwater Beach was newly renovated in February 2017 and is seated on 10 acres overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.  This iconic hotel offers food and drink service nearly to the water’s edge, and features the only tiki bar on the sand, private beach cabanas and new pools.  Guests can refresh and revitalize in the new Hibiscus Spa, or take in a legendary sunset while dining on fresh, local fare. 

Their Ceremony

Susan looked gorgeous in her wedding gown as she was escorted by her father across the trademark sugar fine white sand and joined Zach in front of their wedding arch for their destination wedding ceremony.  The couples’ custom designed wedding ceremony included a Thank You to the Parents and the Blessing of the Hands.  Then, as their family and friends looked on, and with an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico as their backdrop, the couple shared their vows, exchanged rings and were pronounced husband and wife by Rev Rick Lackore of Sensational Ceremonies. 

Their Team

The beautiful florals and décor of blush pink roses and dark green ferns were provided by Iza’s Flowers, for their destination wedding ceremony. Flawless Venue and Wedding Coordination was provided by Holly and the rest of the staff at the Hilton Clearwater Beach.  Special thanks to Brandon, with Fabian Photo and Film for providing this beautiful picture during their ceremony.    Brandon captured every moment of the couple’s big day.
