Emily and Derik

Emily and Derik met when a mutual friend introduced them and things have never quite been the same between the two of them. That initial friendship became love and a couple decided to travel to Orlando Florida to get married at the beautiful Paradise Cove. 

Located just across the interstate from the Walt Disney World resort, Paradise Cove is a destination wedding location for hundreds of couples each year. There on Lake Bryan the couple exchanged vows and became husband and wife.

Even though they weren’t able to invite everyone to their destination wedding, they made sure to have KMD photo and video there so they could share the pictures and the video with their family and friends back home 

Blossoms Orlando created the beautiful arch decor. With creamy white roses and greenery. It was a wonderful contrast to the Darwood arch that they would stand under to say their wedding vows. Amy with blossoms Orlando also did a fantastic job of greeting the bouquets and boutonnieres for Emily and Derik, along with the wedding party.

Cocktails Catering did a superb job of providing a brunch buffet with with sandwiches, fresh fruit, and cheeses galore. There’s not a morsel that was not absolutely delicious.

Rev Glynn Ferguson, one of the very talented official, Walt Disney World, wedding officiant, and the owner of Sensational Ceremonies, worked with Emily and Derik to create a beautiful custom ceremony that fit the two of them perfectly. With vows that talked about love, honor, and trust, and along with a little dash of some Bob Dylan the ceremony was perfect for the two of them.
