Michael and Erica

Michael and Erica chose the beautiful Hotel Haya in Ybor City as the venue for their wedding ceremony and reception earlier this year.

Just minutes from Downtown Tampa, Old Ybor City charm meets modern flair at Haya Hotel.  Revitalized casitas and brick façade storefronts along the famed 7th Avenue are shining examples of Ybor City’s rebirth … and it all comes together at Hotel Haya. Through careful renovation and reimagining, the iconic past of Ybor and thoughtful new construction join together in a boutique hotel blending reverence for history and optimism for the future.  Hotel Haya’s restaurant and cafe bring together the cultures that make Ybor City hum. Exciting menus crisscross the globe and cultures from Cuban to Italian, Spanish to Mediterranean.  As a Wedding Venue, brides and groom can experience modern events in historic spaces featuring high ceilings and natural light. It was the perfect location for Michael and ERic to tie the knot!

Erica looked gorgeous in her wedding gown as she made her way down the aisle to join Michael at the head of the aisle.  The couples’ custom designed wedding ceremony included a Special Remembrance, The Art of Marriage, and The Blessing of the Hands.  Then, in front of their family and friends, the couple shared their vows, exchanged rings, and were pronounced husband and wife by Rev Rick Lackore with Sensational Ceremonies.
