From across the pond in the United Kingdom, Rebecca and Matt wanted to make their elopement truly magical. They chose the one and only Hogwarts Castle at Universal Studios Orlando as the backdrop for their special day! While planning, they faced a tough reality: their families couldn’t make the long journey. But thanks to some fantastic wedding planners and a little bit of magic, their dreams came true in a way they never expected.
Rebecca and Matt teamed up with Victoria from Intimate Weddings of Orlando, who helped them create the perfect “Love My” package. This was a dream wedding that was just for them. On the big day, as they were getting ready to walk down the aisle in front of the castle, a true plot twist happened. A couple popped out from behind a cart, and wands weren’t the only magical thing in the air. It was Matt’s parents! They had traveled all the way from the UK to surprise them, making the day even more unforgettable. Talk about a perfect wedding surprise!
The ceremony was just as special. Rev. Glynn Ferguson, a fantastic Orlando wedding officiant with Sensational Ceremonies, worked with Rebecca and Matt to write a beautiful, personalized ceremony. They even wrote their own vows, sharing promises that were straight from the heart.
Getting married in a different country can be tricky, but Married By Mail made the Florida marriage license process super easy. They handled all the paperwork and even delivered the license directly to their officiant. This meant less stress for the couple and more time to enjoy their magical day.
Edmond from Rhodes Studios was there to capture every single moment. From the emotional surprise of Matt’s parents to the beautiful ceremony and some super fun photos around Hogsmeade, he didn’t miss a beat. Every photo tells a story of love, laughter, and a bit of Harry Potter magic!
