Rich in History
Their Story
Warren and Madeleine Heath said their “I Do’s” in a Fall wedding at the Bourbon Orleans Hotel in New Orleans LA. The couple loved the idea of their destination wedding taking place in a location so rich in history and so romantic. With the famous Bourbon street below and Jackson Square just steps away, it really felt as if they were a world away from their home in Florida.
Their Vendor Team
Brittany Lee Artistry did an amazing job for Madeline’s hair and makeup. Working from pictures and suggestions, she gave Madeline the perfect look for her wedding day.
When you get married in a destination city rich in history, with world class cuisine you want more than your average wedding cake, so the couple worked with Gambino’s Bakery. The bakery that is so famous for their delicious King Cakes is also a local favorite for wedding cakes. So go with the best and get your cake where the locals shop.
Antigua Florist took the couple’s vision for their ceremony and crafted floral arrangements to complete that vision. The mixture of blush, pink, and white roses was a perfect pop of color against the dark grey walls of the wedding venue
.Xistance Photography did a spectacular job and capturing every moment of the couple’s wedding day. From getting ready pictures with the bridal party, to the reception and even the second line parade.Did we mention the second line parade? What a fun New Orleans tradition! To have a brass band go before you through the streets of the Crescent City as you celebrate your wedding day.
Fun Brass Band led the way through the narrow streets as Madeleine and Warren celebrated NOLA style.
Madeleine and Warren asked Rev. Steve Trahan, a New Orleans wedding officiant with Sensational Ceremonies, to work with them to create a custom ceremony filled with both laughter and love to reflect the rich history of the town in which they were getting married. The couple helped pick out ceremony options from the Sensational Ceremonies wedding ceremony planning kit and even threw in a wine box ceremony so they could seal love notes to each other in a safe place.
Congratulations to the two of you. Laissez le bon temps rouler
