Kassandra and Jaylen
Kassandra and Jaylen met in high school and their dating relationship. Turned to love. The couple reached out to Victoria with Intimate Weddings of Orlando to help them plan an intimate ceremony with their immediate family and friends.
Victoria directed the couple toward the Kraft Azalea Garden package and it seemed to fit them perfectly.
Raining Roses Productions, created a beautiful creamy, white bouquet and boutonniere for Kassandra and Jaylen. The sage green ribbon that wrapped around the bouquet and the stem of the boutonniere was a perfect match for the colors that they chose.
Rev Glynn Ferguson, the owner of Sensational Ceremonies and an Orlando wedding Officiant, worked with Kassandra and Jalen to create a beautiful custom ceremony that was a great reflection of their love for each other. He gave them each a homework assignment to write and tell him why they love each other.
Kassandra wrote of Jalen: I love Jalen because he has been the light at the end of the tunnel for me. Through the daily obstacles and struggles that life may bring, I know that I have a place I can call home and that home is him. When I am home I feel safe, secure, and my mind is quiet and at peace. He has allowed me to be the most genuine and true version of myself. He supports me in anything no matter how delusional my goals and outlooks may sound. I love that I want to share everything with him. When I hear good news from a friend, when I am out shopping and find something I’ve been wanting for a while, or when I am at work and learn new gossip about my colleagues, he is the first person I want to call. When I hear bad news, when I am mad or sad, or when I just need to cry, he is still the first person I want to call. I love him because he helps me understand that life is not perfect and that sometimes we need to slow down and take it all in. I love that we can be goofy with each other and still turn around and take care of business when needed. I love him because when I was a little girl and dreamed of what I wanted my life to be and look like, he has fulfilled and surpassed every one of those dreams, and every day I wake up and go to sleep happy and grateful knowing that we are together.
Jalen wrote of Kassandra: There are many reasons to love Kassandra. Her beauty lights up any room she walks into. Her laugh invites others to laugh with her. The confidence she walks with demands respect and acknowledgement. She can be the light of any function she is a part of. These are all great things about Kassandra that I love, but there is much more to love about her. I love how she treats me. I love that she accepts all of me. I love her goofy laugh and her sleepy voice. I love that she tries to understand me at every turn, even when it’s hard to. She chooses to put up with me, even when she doesn’t have to. Her loyalty to not just me, but to our relationship and commitment to building it. She’s relentless in her expression of love to me and want for us to be the best we can be. I love that she never gives up on me. I love that we can laugh about anything, tackle any problem, go anywhere, and it’s always just us. Nothing else matters. It’s always just us.
