Olivia, the event coordinator at Paradise Cove, ensured every detail was meticulously planned and executed flawlessly. From the breathtaking floral arrangements by Atmospheres Floral and Decor to the delicious food catered by Cocktails Catering, everything was designed to create a memorable experience for Kathryn and Daniel and their guests.
Capturing every precious moment was Castaldo Studios. Their talented photographers documented the entire day, from the excitement of the bridal party getting ready to the emotional ceremony and the joyful reception. They even captured the unique moment when the groom made a grand entrance by arriving via a speedboat!
Music played a key role in setting the mood throughout the celebration. I Rock Your Party brought their upbeat energy to the ceremony, perfectly complementing the groom’s energetic arrival and the bride’s graceful walk down the aisle. During the cocktail hour, Jennie Rudberg of Orlando Violin Music filled the air with beautiful melodies played on her violin.
Rev. Glynn Ferguson, a Walt Disney wedding officiant and owner of Sensational Ceremonies, officiated the ceremony. He crafted a personalized ceremony that resonated deeply with the couple. He even had them complete a “love homework assignment”, where they wrote down their reasons for loving each other. These heartfelt expressions likely added a touching element to the ceremony.
Faces by Shannon ensured everyone looked their absolute best. The team provided professional hair and makeup services for the wedding party and mothers, allowing them to relax and enjoy the day without worrying about the details.
No wedding is complete without a delicious cake! Kathryn and Daniel chose Morgan Hunter Desserts, known for their delectable creations, to create the perfect wedding cake. It undoubtedly added a touch of sweetness to the celebration.
Cocktails Catering ensured that everyone left the event well-fed and satisfied. Their culinary expertise combined with their bar service kept guests happy and hydrated throughout the warm Florida day.
Married By Mail took care of the legalities, ensuring Kathryn and Daniel’s marriage license was ready before the big day. This allowed the officiant to officially declare them husband and wife, making their union official.
