Kyle and Gemma made the exciting journey from Ardsley in the United Kingdom for a family vacation to sunny Orlando, Florida. But they decided to add a little extra magic to their trip—they chose to turn it into their destination wedding!
Ready to combine their getaway with their happily ever after, the couple contacted Victoria at Intimate Weddings of Orlando. After looking at several amazing options, they settled on a stunning location: a wedding ceremony right on the deck of the Paddlefish restaurant in Disney Springs.
A Picture-Perfect Setting at Paddlefish
You can’t find a more iconic venue than Paddlefish! Right in the heart of Walt Disney World, this three-story floating restaurant gives you incredible views. Standing tall on Village Lake, the deck offers a gorgeous backdrop of all the lights and excitement of Disney Springs, with the distant views of Saratoga Springs across the water. It’s the perfect place for a romantic wedding that combines elegance with that special Disney magic.
A Dream Team for a Dream Day
Victoria, their expert wedding coordinator, made sure Kyle and Gemma had a smooth and stress-free wedding day by bringing in a dream team of vendors.
- Beautiful Blooms: Atmospheres Florals and Decor did an amazing job with the flowers. They put together a beautiful pink bouquet for Gemma and a matching boutonniere for Kyle. The bright pink color was a fantastic choice! It popped beautifully against Gemma’s white wedding dress and perfectly complimented Kyle’s pale blue suit, creating stunning wedding photos.
- Capturing Every Memory: Edmond with Rhodes Studios was the talent behind the camera. He made sure to capture every moment of their special day. From Gemma’s walk down the aisle and the heartfelt ceremony, to the posed photos on the Paddlefish deck and around the iconic Disney Springs area, Edmond captured it all. He created timeless memories for the couple to cherish.
- A Ceremony from the Heart: The ceremony was led by Rev Glynn Ferguson, the owner of Sensational Ceremonies and an official Walt Disney World wedding officiant. He worked closely with Kyle and Gemma to create a beautiful custom ceremony. Rev. Glynn included touches of their religious convictions and spoke deeply about their love for one another. The ceremony was filled with laughter, happy tears, and heartfelt wedding vows as they exchanged wedding rings and became husband and wife.
This incredible Disney Springs wedding was the perfect blend of family vacation and romantic celebration. We wish Kyle and Gemma all the magic that Disney can bring, and hope they have their very own happily ever after!
