Hey everyone! Get ready to smile, because we’ve got a super sweet love story to share today about Melissa and Joshua. This amazing couple traveled all the way from Pasco County to tie the knot right here in sunny Orlando, Florida, just a few miles from the famous Walt Disney World resorts!
From Idea to “I Do” in Just Two Weeks!
Melissa and Joshua knew they wanted to elope, and they had read all about our awesome elopement packages on the Intimate Weddings of Orlando website. So, they reached out to our amazing planner, Connie, and she sprang into action! With only two weeks’ notice, Connie worked her magic and brought together an incredible team of wedding vendors. She pulled off an almost “practically perfect” wedding for Melissa and Joshua, proving that dream weddings can happen fast!
Simply Stunning Flowers
For their big day, Flowers by Lesley stepped up to create some truly beautiful arrangements. They made a gorgeous snowy white bouquet filled with roses for Melissa, and a matching boutonniere for Joshua. The white flowers, along with pretty silver eucalyptus, really “popped” against their outfits, making everything look so fresh and elegant. These wedding flowers were the perfect touch for their special ceremony!
A Custom Ceremony Just for Them
Their ceremony was incredibly personal and meaningful, thanks to Rev Glynn Ferguson of Sensational Ceremonies. He’s not just a wonderful wedding officiant; he’s also an official Walt Disney World wedding officiant! Rev. Glenn worked closely with Melissa and Joshua to create a custom ceremony that truly highlighted their unique love story and strong friendship. He even gave them a special “homework assignment”: to write down and tell him why they loved each other. (We’re sure their answers were super sweet!)
Capturing Every Happy Tear
Even with a few happy tears shed during the ceremony (the best kind!), every single moment was beautifully captured by Chris from Captured by Chris. Chris has an amazing artistic eye! He took stunning wedding photos of the couple during their heartfelt ceremony, and then followed up with fun and playful portraits afterwards. These cherished photos will be something Melissa and Joshua can look back on for their entire lives, remembering every happy detail of their Orlando elopement.
We are so incredibly thrilled for the new Mr. and Mrs. Joshua and Melissa! Their Disney-area wedding was truly magical, pulled together perfectly with love and care.
