Sam and Nicole

Sam and Nicole met in Colorado and then moved to Orlando Florida. The couple chose the beautiful Paradise Cove in Orlando for their ceremony. Located on Lake Brian this beautiful venue has amazing views of the lake, towering bald, cypress, trees, hanging, moss, and the tropical vibe that so many couples are looking for.

Amy, the owner of Blossoms Orlando created a beautiful floral bouquet and boutonniere Sam and Nicole requested for their wedding day. The pop of color in the arch decor just added something special to their ceremony location.

Castaldo studios captured every moment of the couples wedding day. From Sam and Nicole getting ready, through their ceremony in front of the beach, and the cocktail hour Castaldo Studios captured it all.

Rev, Glynn, Ferguson, and Orlando, wedding, officiant and owner of Sensational Ceremonies, worked with a couple to create a custom ceremony that fit the two of them perfectly. Quirky and fun then mixed with a touch of tradition, and throw in the sand ceremony with her children, and it was absolutely perfect .
Rev.Ferguson gave the two of them a homework assignment to write and tell him why they love each other

Sam wrote:  I’ve thought about this a while, and of course there are many reasons why I fell in love with Nicole… of course she’s smart, funny, kind, cute, a good mom, and everything else I’ve been looking for, but I think the shining core pillar is her understanding me.  All my life I’ve searched for somebody who really got me, and nobody has.  They don’t get my sense of humor, or my quirks… But the other afternoon we had leftovers for lunch (she’s a great cook and had made the best meatballs ever), and I made a comment similar to “you know, the only bad thing about eating these meatballs for lunch is that we won’t have them for dinner”.  Her response?  That she had held two back just so we would have one each come dinner!  It’s such a small little thing in the grand scheme of things, but I’ve never felt as connected and seen as I did at that moment.  I told her I’d use the story in this, and even just thinking back on this I felt warm and loved.  I’ve never felt comfortable enough to really relax and just be myself without judgements, and I am very happy that I finally have and look forward to forging our lives together going forward.

Nicole wrote:  Why do I love Sam? What is there not to love? He completes me. He has chosen to love and accept myself and my 2 girls, Natalia and Aurora as his own – his chosen family. Sam has stepped into a father role flawlessly. He kisses boo boos, walks Natalia to the bus stop, drops Aurora off at daycare, and he is the designated homework parent. I get wrapped up in responsibilities often, as a mom of 2 that works full time, there is always something that needs to be done (house cleaning, cooking, etc). Sam makes sure that I get to do fun and relaxing things for myself, as well as with the family. When I’m with Sam, I’m laughing, smiling, and feeling like the best version of myself. Sam is one of the smartest people I know. I learn lots of fun new things from him all the time. We’ve played trivia together, he taught me how to play D&D, I may have won a few games of scrabble against him. Now we are doing ballroom dancing classes together. He is supportive of anything I want to try. He listens when I need someone to talk to. Not only is he a great partner and dad, but he is also a great friend, uncle, brother, and son. Sam has an entire chosen family in addition to his biological one. He cares deeply about those he is close to. I feel very lucky that he chosen me to be by his side for the rest of his life

Cocktails Catering provided the bar and appetizers after the ceremony and sugar on the cake created the delicious and beautiful cake for their intimate affair

Congratulations Sam and Nicole. We wish you happiness for lifetime.
