Shannon and Connor

Shannon and Connor travel from Scotland in the United Kingdom to get married at Walt Disney World. The couple contacted Victoria with Intimate Weddings of Orlando and Victoria appointed them to the incredible Paddlefish package at Disney Springs.

Going through the planning process was simple and smooth for Shannon and Connor. Victoria pointed them to the very best wedding vendors in Central Florida.

Flowers by Lesley created all of their floral pieces. From the bouquet and boutonniere to the arch decor, everything was absolutely stunning.

Crystal Event Rentals brought out the beautiful pentagonal arch that Grace the deck on the third floor Paddlefish and was the focal point for Shannon and connor to get married in front of

Danielle with Sugar Sugar Cake Boutique made their dreams come true when she crafted a custom petite wedding cake for the two of them. The smell of buttercream was absolutely intoxicating and the flavor was delicious.

Captured by Chris worked with a couple to photograph every moment of their wedding day. From Shannon‘s arrival at Paddlefish through their walk down the aisle, ceremony and in the family pictures afterwards he captured it all. After all that was done Chris then took them around immediate area and took pictures of the two of them at Disney Springs.

Rev Glynn Ferguson, the owner of Sensational Ceremonies and an official Walt Disney World wedding, crafted a beautiful custom ceremony specifically design just for the two of them. The ceremony spoke of love, friendship and dedication. He gave the two of them my homework assignment to write and tell him why they love each other.

Shannon wrote: Me and Connor have known each other since we were 5 years old. I would love to say we’ve been friends forever but there were many of years growing up that I hated his guts lol. Then finally in 3rd year of high school he asked me to be his girlfriend. I had dyed red hair and a mouth full of braces so obviously could see the potential! We have been together since we were 15, a few hiccups along the way but everything has led us here so I would say it’s all worth it.

Connor is the most determined and hard working man I know. He’s known what he wanted from life since he was a teenager and he has done everything in his power to make sure he got it. I have every faith that he will make us rich enough that I can retire at age 30!!!

I love the fact that he has embraced my large, loud and as he would call us, weird family for wanting to spend all our time together! We all know that at any given time he would rather be at home with just me and Rosie but after 15 years we have worn him down and really does love spending time with my family lol!

He is also really generous and thoughtful, he will never go to a shop without coming back with a “surprise” for me! He is the best dog dad to our Rosie and I cannot wait to see him become the most amazing dad to our future kids.

I could go on for ages saying the things I love about him but the 1 thing that tops it all, I LOVE his dinners! He makes my dinner every single night and his talents in the kitchen are unbelievable

But we are happier than ever and can’t wait to get married.

I love Shannon because she’s kind, she’s funny, she is literally the only person on earth who could put up with me and she is the only person I could see myself marrying. I’m comfortable around Shannon, when not overly comfortable around anyone, I’m not sociable but Shannon she does all the family visiting and socialising for the both of us.

I love how much Shannon loves her family dearly and she is a great Auntie to her nieces and nephews.

She makes me happy, makes me want to be better and give us both a great life, she is always there for me and she always will.

I love Shannon with all my heart and I can’t wait to have a family and a future together.

Without a marriage license, this would’ve just been a party above the water at Paddlefish. The couple reached out to Married By Mail and diane helped them to get their marriage license long before they ever arrived in Orlando.

What a beautiful couple Shannon and Connor are. We love getting to know you and we wish you happiness for a lifetime.
