A Sweet Clearwater Wedding
Kathleen and Chip came from North Carolina and chose the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa on Clearwater Beach as the venue for their wedding ceremony and reception in early January. Clearwater Beach was recently named the 2019 Best Beach in America again by TripAdvisor for the second year in a row!
The Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort and Spa is located just steps away from the world famous sugar sand of Clearwater Beach and Pier 60, where guests can enjoy not only the beautiful sunsets, but also daily sunset festivals; which include artisans, crafters and street performers. Resort amenities also include an 8th floor pool deck and cabanas, several dining options and the Sandava Spa, which features a sun warmed shell massage.
Kathleen looked gorgeous in her wedding gown as she was escorted down the aisle by her father, to join Chip under their wedding arch. The couples’ custom designed wedding ceremony included a Thank You to the Parents, a Scripture Reading from the book of Genesis, The Lord’s prayer, a parental blessing, the blessing of the hands and the Scottish wedding prayer. Then, in front of their family and friends, and with an amazing view of Gulf of Mexico from their ceremony site on the Sky Terrace as their backdrop, Kathleen and Chip shared their marriage vows, exchanged rings and were pronounced husband and wife by Rev Rick Lackore of Sensational Ceremonies.
Florals and Décor provided by 2 Birds Events; Ceremony sound and a custom designed playlist was provided by DJ Craig, with Grant Hemond and Associates, and flawless Venue and Wedding Coordination was provided by Kayla and the rest of the staff at the Hyatt.
